Join us as Dr. Lee and the Amethyst staff lead us in a discussion on the importance of self-care and share mindfulness techniques, yoga and barre poses that you can use at home & work to relieve stress and restore more balance to your mind and body.
We will come together as a supportive community of women and share challenges of work/life balance and share techniques and tips to manage the many demands of juggling work, family and everyday life.
