With a passion for creating value through technology, Cesar brings 30+ years of experience in Information Technology and 20+ years leading technology initiatives across payer, ambulatory, acute and post-acute market segments. 

He joined PointRight as CIO in 2016. Pointright is a provider of Software as a Service, predictive analytics solutions based in Cambridge, MA. With responsibilities for research, product and SaaS operations, modernizing the SaaS platform and analytics stack have been areas of focus.
 

Prior to joining PointRight as CIO, he served as Chief Information Officer of Presbyterian Health Plan and CTO of the Presbyterian integrated delivery system for over 10 years. In those roles Cesar led one or the largest cloud migration programs in the industry, the development of enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities and owned the technology project portfolio.
