With responsibilities for research\, product and SaaS operations\, modernizing the SaaS platform and analytics stack have been areas of focus.\n\n \n\nPrior to joining PointRight as CIO\, he served as Chief Information Officer of Presbyterian Health Plan and CTO of the Presbyterian integrated delivery system for over 10 years. In those roles Cesar led one or the largest cloud migration programs in the industry\, the development of enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities and owned the technology project portfolio.
