Stephanie Thompson is a Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Indigenous Peoples Co-Lead, STEM advocate, serves as a school board member in New Mexico, and a dedicated engineer at Raytheon. She is committed to enhancing STEM education for underrepresented groups, weaving her Navajo heritage into every aspect of her advocacy. As a SWE Senate member and leader within a growing STEM network, Stephanie fosters educational equity, inclusion, and culturally relevant approaches. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management, she strives to connect resources and drive meaningful change in her community and beyond.
