In an Inside Sales role, you will:
• Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers
• Create customer-facing price quotes and proposals
• Develop lasting relationships with clients and vendors
• Work closely with our technical Subject Matter Experts (“SME”), who support you in developing
proposals that align with clients’ business goals – (Outside Sales, Engineers, Project
Management)
• Review and explain quotes to clients; provide answers to any questions (Discussing projects,
products, and solutions with clients)
• Follow up on quotes to ensure client satisfaction and to drive the sales process to closure
• Manage incoming orders and provide clients sales order status updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasting
• Improving job knowledge with training and earning certifications monthly

• Knowledge of the IT industry, terminology, leading manufacturers, contracts
