The New Mexico Technology Council (NMTC) is seeking a dynamic Membership Manager to join our team!
This role is pivotal in creating and maintaining partnerships with our members and collaborating closely with the Executive Director to influence the organization's future and drive positive change within the community. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire NMTC membership program, including:
?Ensuring year-over-year membership renewals
Securing and maintaining new memberships
Obtaining sponsorships for NMTC's signature events
Utilizing a CRM database for tracking client data, invoicing, activities, and reporting
Implementing membership strategies to promote organizational growth

Assist in planning and executing NMTC's signature events

Represent and promote the NMTC brand within the community and across New Mexico

Lead committees and/or peer groups in collaboration with board members

Support the NMTC team beyond membership duties
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:

Strong time management skills, with the ability to self-organize and prioritize effectively

Independent problem solver with keen attention to detail

Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing work environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, video conferencing, and remote work with digital files

Sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals
Preferred:

Background in association or foundation non-profit fund development, including corporate gift solicitation and member relations

Knowledge of accounts receivable and accrual accounting
Position Details:

Full-time, salaried position with a starting salary of $65,000, commensurate with experience
