Westwind is seeking a billing clerk with a minimum of 2-5 yrs related accounting clerk experience. This is an 8am to 5pm M-F position. Some over-time may be required at peak periods of the year. Prefer someone who will cross train and learn the business from different angles as well as fulfilling the role of an Administrative Accounting Clerk. Growth potential is possible in this position so the right person will be one who can join the team, grow and stay for many years.

Duties include:
*Organize and maintain files and records.
*Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
*Ability to support multiple office staff with projects and assignments.
*Assist with data entry into various systems.
*May participate in project work when needed.
*Intermediate proficiency with QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Ability to create spreadsheets using formulas.
*Assist staff members with A/P A/R.
*Invoicing duties.

*Excellent written and verbal skills.

Requirements: Proficiency with QuickBooks, general ledger, P & L, posting, collections and other accounting duties. Minimum of 2-5yrs hands-on AP/AR experience. Ability to prioritize projects. Ability to research and focus on details. AA or BA preferred. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information at all times. Flexibility to cross-train in other areas to expand experience and future growth potential. Pattern of solid job longevity strongly preferred.
