AWARD CATEGORIES Women in Tech Honoree This award category recognizes the awe-inspiring women who are revolutionizing the tech industry and inspiring others to do the same. Honorees are trailblazers who have made a substantial impact in their field, demonstrated leadership, brought innovation to their profession, and encouraged other women to succeed in their careers in tech. These women have proven that success isn?t limited by gender, and we can?t wait to see what they?ll achieve next. Emerging Leader Award This award category celebrates dynamic women who are early in their careers in tech and exhibit exceptional ambition, passion, and talent. These awardees are emerging leaders who are poised to make significant contributions to their field and are already making a remarkable impact on their journey to success. HISTORY The NM Women in Tech Awards were founded by the New Mexico Tech Council board members who recognized the need to focus on gender diversity in the tech industry. Since 2008, the NM Women in Tech Awards have recognized over 170 women who have shaped the tech landscape in the Land of Enchantment and highlighted the importance of encouraging women to pursue careers in tech. SCHOLARSHIP The Women in Tech Awards Scholarship is designed to create opportunities for young women to enter the tech pipeline or advance education and training.

2025 NMTC Member Orientation Members and new members alike are invited to attend this informative and fun session that will help new members become familiar with their Membership Benefits. During this event NMTC staff will cover how to start leveraging their NMTC membership to the fullest. Any current member that would like to refresh themselves on benefits, how to use the member portal, etc. is encouraged to attend. In addition to learning about your benefits, you will connect with other NMTC members, board members, and get to know the NMTC team! Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and snacks will be served.
