Job Description

Skills and Tasks

  • Proven experience as an office Coordinator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Proven experience with customer service and IT support
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Extensive customer service over the phone and in pe rson
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters , packages, etc.)
  • Effectively manage a large list of clients
  • Train clients on the use of proprietary softwar e
  • Software and hardware installation experience - in off ice and at client locations
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connection issues for staff and clients
  • Prepare equipment, e.g., printers, mobile devices for clients
  • Assist colleagues and clients whenever necessary
  • Detail oriented, driven and self-motivated individual
  • Manage office supplies and client equipment inventory

Additional preferred skills/experience

  • HTML / CSS experience
  • Wordpress / CMS experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Team player and strong communicator
  • Extensive knowledge of widely used browsers
  • Exposure to supporting mobile devices (Android, iOS, Windows CE) preferred
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ a plus
  • Working knowledge of Citrix and Networking a plus

HoldMyTicket works under the blazing golden sunlight of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We started out as an after-hours operation at the Flying Star Cafe on Silver and 8th. We now inhabit the historic Sunshine Building on the corner of Central and 2nd.
