You’ll own the recruiting lifecycle from end to end, which includes organizing and facilitating interview debriefs, helping to guide and drive decision making.

You’re service oriented and you know that candidates are your customer. With each candidate you touch, whether they’re the right fit or not, you’ll always deliver an amazing recruitment experience.

You have experience with HR systems and can learn how to use new systems to their fullest advantage.

You have experience working with recruiting tools and job sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems like JazzHR.
