Who We Are Looking For:

As a Senior Security Consulting Engineer with an ISE background, you will work with ANM customers to identify their business and technical security requirements to design and implement world class security solutions. This position requires a blend of technical competence and customer service skills to successfully run a Professional Services engagement from discovery to project closure. You will work with ANM’s Technical Leads, Project Management Office, and industry leading technologies to implement optimal solutions, and deliver value to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing As A Senior Security Consulting Engineer?

Design and implement security solutions across multiple security domains and technologies

Work closely with customers to identify and understand their business requirements and apply relevant security solutions to reduce their overall security risk

Create and implement security configurations following documented project plans. Create customer documentation including: as-built documentation, diagrams and support information

Configure and implement advanced Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) environments.

Perform analysis and diagnose complex network and information security system problems

Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve problems that are moderate - difficult in complexity

Utilize knowledge of technology, products and services to build enterprise security solutions

Invest time in security research, stay up to date on current and evolving threats and continue education in learning and providing expert level advice on security solutions across multiple domains and technologies

Effectively utilize lab setups to learn and recreate and solve problems

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or and/or 8+ years of experience in related field

5+ years of experience working in security architecture, operations, design, or development across multiple domains in Information Security.

Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast paced and collaborative work environment.

Strong Cisco background with the ability to design, support, configure, and implement advanced Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) environments.

CCNP-Security, Security +, CEH and or other relevant security certifications

Hands on experience with key security technologies, including: Firewalls, IDS, IPS, VPN, Remote Access, Security Logging, Rapid Threat Containment Solutions, and Network Security Orchestration tools

Understand and have the ability to implement controls for common compliance requirements including: SSAE16 / SOC II, PCI, HIPAA, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences

 

PREFERED EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

CCIE Security and/or CISSP

Advanced experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

A minimum of 7 years of information security related work experience, including consulting experience in the cyber security field

Strong communication/presentation skills and professional appearance/demeanor with the ability to interact with client personnel in both technical and leadership roles

Travel may be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
