If you have answered yes to these questions, please read below. We're currently seeking a  Client Development & Relations Manager to join our team. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Manage membership program and revenue development.
  • Maintain and build client relationships to add value to the organization.
  • Utilize CRM database to track client data, activity, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Obtain sponsorships and support budgeting/execution of community events.
  • Promote NMTC in the community and throughout NM to communicate the NMTC brand.
  • Participate in networking and business events to build relationships throughout the state.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in fund development, with demonstrable experience in corporate gift solicitation and member relations.   
  • Ability to create, develop and manage client relationships
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and computer skills
  • Willingness to be versatile and flexible in a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency, meeting deadlines and benchmarks. 
  • Knowledge of Chamber Master or other CRM is a plus
