U.S. Executive Order on Cybersecurity: How This Will Affect Business in New Mexico

Matthew Freilich, Associate Director in the Emerging Technologies Practice at Protiviti
Matthew oversees technical execution teams, and has over a decade of personal device and system security experience. He has worked on regulatory compliance, performed network/web
application penetration testing, social engineering, as well as a litany of different forms of security testing with medical device manufacturers, embedded device developers, hospitals, logistics organizations, disaster recovery organizations, banks, and the healthcare insurance/service industries.

Matthew Lamanna, Specialist Master, Cyber Risk Services, Deloitte & Touche LLP
Matthew has 20 years active duty Air Force Signals Intelligence & OCO/Cyber Threat Intelligence experience. Currently he is a Specialist Master within Deloitte's Cyber Risk offering portfolio and assists with business development in New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado for Deloitte & Touche LLP. He oversees Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysts, Defensive Cyber Analysts, and a 16th AF LNO under the 'SPICES' contract at Vandenberg AFB, Schriever AFB, Buckley AFB and Lackland AFB supporting the United States Space Force.
